"This is really superb place to stay - a real home from home, we could have stayed another week. The location is great and central to all the main ski resorts. Loads of room even for larger groups and plenty of bathrooms. Would recommend this property to anyone - definately worth a visit."

'Well, what can i say, a fabulous chalet ,stunning views and a kitchen to die for. As a chef i have a passion for food and having "cooked my way around the world" i am used to sub standard facilities in which i have had to prepare a five course feast on a two hob stove! All those memories were quickly eradicated from my mind once i set foot in the chalet's superbly designed Kitchen/Living Room. Cooking for up to 12 people presented no problems and with a glass of the locally produced wine in my hand i was on cloud 9 or very close to that being we were halfway up a mountain range. The local produce was simply stunning and i would seriously recommend sampling the areas Beaufort Cheese (great in fondue) Goat's Cheese (grilled with honey and thyme) and Savoie Sausages (with Polenta and Tomato Sauce).
Happy Days indeed ,looking forward to returning very very soon. '

"Having skied in Bulgaria for the last few seasons we decided to head back to the Alps this time. Knowing how expensive it can be in the resorts we found Chalet Tarine and booked our party of ten in. The party consisted of seven adults and three adult sized children and there was still more than enough room for us all. The Chalet is quite amazing – it is decorated to a very high level blending rustic features with new modern fittings. The rooms are all very large and comfy and the lounge and dining area on the top floor is beautiful. We spent many cosy evenings chatting around the huge dinner table and catching up on some old DVD’s into the night in front of the blazing log fire. The trek up to the village was quite daunting the first time and snow chains were essential for most of it but when we got there it was well worth the trip. By using the local supermarkets we were able to eat and drink really well and really cheaply. This chalet is a great base for skiing in the winter and walking and exploring in the summer and the owners are always ready with tips and advice. We will definitely be going again."
'We had a wonderful stay at your chalet. It was such nice holidays that we did not want to leave!
Everybody really enjoyed the chalet that is so comfortable and so well designed! Everything went well. We had a lot of fun skiing and visiting. We met the neighbours who take care of the chalet, they are very nice.
Thanks so much for this nice place!' Jasmine and Family February 2011
'The kids really appreciated the extensive DVD collection and large TV. There was always lots of hot water and the whole chalet was kept nice and warm. Plenty of seating and lots of space. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. This was definitely the nicest chalet we've stayed in over the last 10 years. ' J S Feb 2011
