'Maison Wontner' is a mountain chalet (94M2) with 2 double bedrooms, a bunkroom and a mezzanine, spread over 4 floors. It has a wonderful south-facing balcony off the main open plan living room/kitchen. It is situated in a small village on the sunny side of the valley, facing Les Arcs.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 1: (2 People)
Large double bedroom, with ensuite with bath, washbasin and WC. There is a shower over the bath.

UPPER GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 2:(2 People)
Double bedroom with double bed. View to Les Arcs.

Bedroom 3:(2 People)
Small bunk bed room with 2 bunk beds, and a desk with a lovely view east overlooking the village chapel and mountains beyond.

This floor has a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a separate WC with hand washbasin.

FIRST FLOOR
Large character open plan living room/kitchen with original stone walls and a beautiful outlook. The kitchen area has an oven/hob and dishwasher and a table seating up to 8 people. The living area has a glass fronted fireplace and the balcony with breathtaking expansive views. The spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine.

SECOND FLOOR Mezzanine Area (0 -2 People)
A characterful space with stone walls and original beams - it works as a secondary living area and as extra sleeping accommodation for over night guests. Large TV/Satellite and DVD.
